Meet Pastor Darryl LeeIn his youth, Pastor Lee lived a "street life", which included selling drugs and chasing women. Then God sparred his life; one night Pastor Lee found himself looking down the barrel of a loaded shot gun. The gun jammed as the trigger was pulled saving him miraculously. From that point on Pastor Lee ran back to his faith-filled roots and began serving the Lord wholeheartedly.
At the age of 18 his preaching ministry began which led to his ordination in 2004. Pastor Lee preached, taught, and served as youth pastor faithfully in his home church until April 2015 when he was elected Pastor of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. The blessed union of Pastor Lee & Ashlei Lee began on November 3, 2013 and their son Malikye & daughters Taylor and Aubrei complete their family. Our History |
What humbly began with a small group of Christians after a prayer meeting in 1925 has subsisted throughout a 96 year history as a Bible teaching, preaching, and believing church. BMBC has become a community staple over the years and continues to shine the light of Christ in all activities.
